Purpose
Modifies and saves current directory
Synopsis
- setpath(flag)
Description
SETPATH will modify the MATLAB path to include the current directory and all subdirectories and will save the path to the pathdef.m file. If the optional input flag i s set to 0 then only the current directory is saved
