How do I change the default plots created by the Scores button in the Analysis GUI?

Possible Solutions:

To choose the default plots created by the scores button in the Analysis GUI, use the following command at the Matlab command line: 

>> plotscores_defaults settings

This will bring up the Default Plots GUI which will allow you to select a model type (from the top pull-down) and then select the default plot(s) you want to appear for the given model type. To get behavior similar to previous PLS_Toolbox versions, click on the "None" button (at the bottom of the Plot Types list). To finalize the selection, click "Set". Remember that you must do this for each model type.

When done making changes, click "OK".
