Faq unable to print

Issue:

I am unable to print scores or loadings plots, or I am unable to print figures created by PlotGUI.

Possible Solutions:

First, try printing from another program on your computer. If you are unable to print from any program, the problem lies in either your printer, cabling or the operating system. Please seek assistance with these items. If you can print from other programs, continue on to the next step.

Various things can cause this problem. One of the most likely culprits is the "renderer" being used. Try this solution:

1. From the figure's "File" menu, select "Export Setup" (or "Page Setup").
2. In the dialog box, select the "Axes and Figure" tab.
3. In the "Figure Renderer" pull-down menu, select "Painters"

and try printing again using these settings.
