Bug Fixes and Enhancements

box_filter
  • Add new algorithm = 'mode' to options.
fft_texture
  • Add median centering.
plotgui_plotimage
  • Fix for legend colors not matching up. Missing class 0 causes indexing to be off.
specimreadr
  • Add reference panel options and handling.
writeenvi
  • Remove underscores from header info, that was an old format and is not compatible with current ENVI software.
