Purpose

Creates a positive/negative colormap distributed about zero.

Synopsis

rkb
rkb(cm)

Description

RKB is used to create a colormap for an image which shows positive and negative values as inverse colors working from black (at zero) through red to white for positive values and through blue to white for negative values. Because the colormap is based on the currently displayed color axis values, RKB needs to be called each time an image is replotted. Optional input (cm) provides the basic colormap from which to create the colormap.
